Check-in / Check-out

Easy and flexible, but please respect the hours

Check-in

For your convenience we have introduced electronic locks so you can self check-in at your preferred time
The flat will be ready for your arrival starting from 4pm.

To reach the apartment:

1. Locate the entrance, between the tabac and the restaurant.
2. Type the first of the codes in the metal panel to the right of the door to enter the building
3. Inside, locate the letter box for apartment 303 on the right side. It has a distinctive black electronic lock.
4. Type the second code in this lock and press OK. After the confirmation sound, move the lever of the lock and open the box.
5. Inside the letter box there is a small chest with a key, a building badge and a garage badge.
6. In the elevator, use the badge and then select the third floor. Apartment 303 will be on your left.

• Necessary codes will be provided to you shortly before arrival. We change them often.
• If the code didn't work, click OK to reset the lock and try again. Do not use force, call us instead. It has never failed so far :)
• Badge is required for accessing the elevator, the staircase and the garage
• To enter the building you can use either the badge or the code
• Do not leave the apartment without a badge or you may not be able to return to it

Check-out

The procedure when leaving the apartment is the same as during arrival, just reversed:

1. Leave the flat closing the door with provided key
2. At the ground floor, use previously provided code to open the letter box and leave the key in a small chest inside.
3. Close the letter box and move the lever of the electronic lock back. Make sure it is now locked
4. If your car is in the garage, bring it out first and then return to the building to leave the key

The latest possible check-out time is 10 am.

Please respect check-in and check-out hours as we require them to keep the flat clean.
In high season the cleaning schedule can be extremely tight, and therefore any delays are significant.

• Make sure you left garage badge with the key.
• We kindly ask to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Take all belongings with you and please leave all the original items in place. We marked some of them with stickers.
• Make sure to close all the windows carefully and turn off the radiators before leaving the flat.
• Do not leave any devices on or charging.
• Please let us know about any damage or faulty devices, so we can fix it for the new guests
• In some cases late check-out might be possible, but it depends on other bookings and our cleaning schedule.
