Read our house rules to avoid stressful situations!
Parking
- Both underground and outdoor parking the places are neither reserved nor guaranteed. You can use any spot unless marked as forbidden.
- The undeground parking has limited height of 1.85m and has numerous narrow passages
- ALWAYS use the badge in both directions, even if the gate/barrier is open. Otherwise you will get blocked. Detailed instructions here
- Parking in front of the building is only tolerated for loading/unloading purposes. Illegal pots are often checked and fined.
Entering the building
The yellow badge opens the building door, the elevator, the staircase and pedestrian entrance of the garage. NEVER LEAVE THE APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR KEYS or you might not be able to go back in! Please refer to the check-in section for details.
Skiing equipment
There is a dedicated cabinet on the balcony where you can store your skiing equipment. Please do not keep skis, boards or any heavy or dirty equipment inside the flat.
Ski boots
Please remove your ski boots before entering the apartment. They cause damage to the floor, which is meant to be comfortable for your socks and house shoes.
We have also prepared a special tray for wet shoes, right by the entrance door.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Heating
The heating system of the apartment is electric and you will need to turn it on once you check-in. There are three radiators in the property, which are controlled separately, so you can adjust the temperature to your preferences
Dishwasher and other devices
A detailed manual explaining how to use all the devices is available in the How To section and also in the manual inside the living room cabinet. Please refer to this document or contact us if you have any doubts. You are responsible for using them according to the instructions.
Garbage
Please take your garbage bags to the trash containers located on Allée Marcel Burnet.
After exiting the building, turn right, pass the restaurant, laundromat and parking exit; you'll find the containers on the right-hand side.
Please note that the trash needs to be sorted into paper/plastics/metals (yellow), glass bottles (green) and mixed waste. If in doubt, check the package for instructions.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the whole property. You can smoke on the balcony, but make sure all cigarette butts end up in the ashtray.
Damages
Please advise us within 24 hours of any damages or breakages.
Local rules
All guests of the apartment must comply with the local rules.
Therefore, please avoid hanging anything on the balcony (like clothes or towels) or making noise after 10 pm.
